This document establishes general principles for trenching, milling and plowing methods for the realization of fiber optic infrastructure in the area of road properties in public areas as well as private properties. This document describes the above mentioned methods in the dimensions according to Table 1. This document does not apply to: a) the construction of overhead lines; b) the construction of fiber optic media on engineering structures such as bridges and tunnels; c) the construction of fiber optic media in federal highways and federal trunk roads similar to highways; d) the dismantling of fiber optic media; e) the laying of fiber optic media in areas of railroad lines.
